This is the first time I've used Zerorez instead of other chemical carpet cleaning companies. It has been 24 hours and the carpets look great. All the spots have disappeared and I hope they won't reappear. The white/beige carpet is a few shades lighter and all the carpets have been lifted and appear much fresher. My technician, Sol, did a wonderful job. He was very careful to cover the entire area, even moving some light furniture. He worked diligently on the high traffic areas and they look terrific. I feel like years of chemical carpet cleaners have been lifted from the carpet and the carpet is much fresher now. I was also very pleased that the price was exactly as quoted when I made my reservation. I have had other companies agree to a price and try to add additional fees when they arrive. I will use Zerorez going forward. Thank you for a great service!
Your services are a little pricey, but the results are great, and Chris was wonderful. I especially appreciated that the amount quoted was the amount charged. Chris did not try to upsale us which would have greatly angered me. He also showed us what Zerorev could do for our tile, and I will be making an appointment to have that service done in a couple of weeks.
Wow, just Wow! We were fascinated to watch our carpet go back to soft white with each sweep. No soap, no chemicals, no odd smell - that was equally marvelous. On top of that there are the people of Zero-Rez. We were delighted to welcome, "Sal" in our home. It was late in the day yet he was precise, efficient, helpful, energetic and ... cheerful as the morning sun. Amazing. There is not a better group to have clean your place.

I have always liked all the Zerorez employees, but I especially liked Matt and his partner. They just cleaned up my ceramic tile floor that was really a mess. Glossy sealant had been applied when the tile was laid. While it looked pretty at first, the gloss in places started coming off and the tiles looked dirty. I'm so pleased with the job that these two men did. They took the rest of the sealant off and my floor looks really nice.

I have used Zero Res from the first time they came and cleaned my carpets almost 20 years ago. Other cleaners would leave a film and my carpets always got dirty faster.
Zero Res left my carpets clean and no residue.

I have been trying to reach a manager for a month, the suction hose was routed through a window causing the dirty water to flow back down onto our carpets and couch. This made our couch disgusting, nothing was cleaned it was destroyed, 5 times i have spoken to receptionists telling me someone would call us back.
Shameful lack of customer service.

It is about the people. My technician. Matt Hammond, was polite, funny, but most of all,efficient. This is the first time I used your company and he completely explained the products and procedures to me. It is obvious your products are superior because the rugs and carpets came out beautifully.

What’s there not to like. I have pets and every time you come and service our home my carpet ends up looking new. Your service tech Jorge is very professional and does a fantastic job.
It is environmentally friendly and the carpets always look great after the cleaning. Technicians are also very professional.
I was quite impressed with Trevor’s ability to get most of the pet stains from the carpet. In addition, seeing clean grout on the floors again gave me an incredible sense of joy.
Ramiro did a fantastic job on our very dirty carpet. We have four dogs - and when he was finished, the carpet looked like new! And it smelled clean.

Zero rez is the best way to clean carpets. We have been using them for about 10 years. The carpets always come out beautifully. The technicians are excellent and extremely nice. Our last technician, Leo, was perhaps the best ever. It’s a great company with a great service.
