Our water measures 820. Your filters are good for about 8-10 gallons. In my household that is about 5 days. Too expensive to replace that frequently. Very unfortunate because I so like your product.

The technician called and advised me at the time they would arrive. They were efficient, friendly and extensive in their appraisal of the areas to be cleaned. They took precautions to protect surrounding property. They worked consistently and finished within the time they hard speculated - also cleaning areas not pre-arranged when I made the appointment.

I have been using zerorez for several years. I like the way the carpets look and feel after they are cleaned. I have liked each of the men that have done the work. It is evident that doing a good job is important to them. I would recommend this system over any other. In the past I used services that used shampoo, steam or dry (chemical) methods. Zerorez is far above any other system in cleaning and how carpet feels afterwards. High recommend Zerorez.

Prompt, timely, and care taken to prevent damage to furniture, structures.
Offering the protective coat -it works real well and pre spotting stains (pet) and making sure they are removed. The tech that provided the service, Edwardo-very professional, thorough, and he explained all the rates and different areas to be cleaned. Love the foot cover provided to keep dirty shoes off the rugs until they're dry.
Our technician, Jeremy, and his assistant were terrific! He was very friendly and helpful and did a great job. Our carpet looks beautiful!
