The product removed stains that had been treated 3 times before and always resurfaced in a few weeks. When treated by Zerorez they were still gone a year later!

He tried and did a decent job but…..finally my handyman got down and really scrubbed and got rid of almost all of the watermarks. I just feel your cleaning solutions need to be more aggressive. It’s tile, not a baby’s bottom

Prompt, timely, and care taken to prevent damage to furniture, structures.
Offering the protective coat -it works real well and pre spotting stains (pet) and making sure they are removed. The tech that provided the service, Edwardo-very professional, thorough, and he explained all the rates and different areas to be cleaned. Love the foot cover provided to keep dirty shoes off the rugs until they're dry.
