Crew is fast and efficient. Carpets look like new when they are done. Second time I have used them and will do so again.

I like that my carpets are not soaked and they dry fairly quickly. It's great to have two guys doing the work because it goes very fast. I like the fact that my carpets are not "crunchy" after they dry like other carpet cleaners. The guys were prompt for the appointment and very professional.

Marcel came within the window of time set up, was very thorough and did an excellent job on the rugs and sofas. We would like to use him again! He was professional and answered all of my questions.

I am satisfied with the results and how quickly the job was done, and it looks verry nice. I do have a complaint about the charge for moving furniture. I had a chair that I was going to move, and he said he would do it for me. He didn't say he was going to charge me. There was this charge for 2 items moved and it was only the chair that was moved.

I was very pleased with the precise work Jordan did cleaning my carpets throughout the house. She did a great job and the carpets look almost brand new again, even though they're about 20 years old. I've been using Zerorez for many years and will continue to do so for years to come.

Sorry, I'm terrible remembering names. The man who cleaned my carpet was very professional & friendly. He called to see if he could come early & we arranged to have him here an hour ahead of time. He did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpets.

Jeff, the technician was upfront and thorough in his work. Although the color of the grout did not lighten as much as we had hoped, he did the best he could.
We used zerorez in the past and like the results.

The technician "TOM" was courteous, professional and was on time.

Technicians are generally friendly and polite. Ready to do whatever you ask. Always on time.

1.) None of the dining room chairs were moved from the carpet to the tiled area, prior to the carpet cleaning.
2.) Protective -plastic was not placed under the feet of coffee table, end tables, furniture feet etc. in the living room, and bedrooms, (which Stanley Steamer always does).

Zerorez did a fantastic job right from scheduling the service ( great web app) to keeping me informed on any delay. Jeremy’s work ethic and the quality of the work he delivered was excellent. It’d be great to ideally see 2 people do the job so that the primary person has help. And to add to it it’s almost chemical free or very less toxicity in their prespray. They even sent me the report analysis on their prespray. Overall I am a happy customer.

I was so impressed by the beautiful job Sal did here last week. He did exactly what I wanted, was pleasant , professional, and the carpets haven't looked this good since they were new! I haven't been feeling well and this experience really lifted my spirits. I have used Zerorez for years and always recommend them to my friends but this is the best cleaning yet! Thank you!
