Our technician, George, is extremely polite and easy to work with. The carpets were cleaned to our satisfaction and dried amazingly fast. They are super soft too.
I have waited almost 2 months since my service to see if the stains removed from my 21 year old white carpet would stay gone. They have! The service was exactly as presented. Julio did the work. He was cordial, polite and swift. I have rented steam cleaners at least 8 times to clean my own carpet but it never looked beautiful like it does now.
My recommendation is: Call Zerorez and ask for Julio.
I was disapointed that the service beyond what I ordered was unreasonable. Carpet cleaning was great but asked to clean an area rug in place of a 4th room which was included in the pricing i paid, Nor was anyone willing to even discount the rug even though I wasnt getting the 4th room cleaning. I have had my area rugs cleaned prior by others and was charged $40-60 ea. not the $150 you were charging. Unfortunate that I need to call a separate company for the rugs.
Your technicians were here three times before the work was acceptable. This was a first, as we've used your company before but it was an inconvenience for us as carpets were wet and furniture was out of place much longer than necessary. However, you did stand behind your work and eventually completed the job satisfactorily. I would still recommend your company but would also mention this "glitch" tin any recommendation.
The product itself is excellent. We have used Zerorez for years. Too the personnel that come to the house are very professional and friendly. Always does a great job and wants to understand any issues you have or even advise how to keep the carpets clean.

I had the technician come back to try again to remove a pet urine stain. In the process he worked so hard that my carpet is frayed on the edge and the stain is still there.

The carpet is not completely cleaned. There are discoloration marks through out the carpets in each room. It still looks as though it still needs cleaning. I told your representative that the outcome was not good, after he completed his run through. He gave numerous excuses for his shoddy work.
THERE WAS A FEE FOR GAS, ADDITIONAL OF $20, WHICH WAS NOT BEING TOLD AFRONT. GAS SHOULD BE WAIVED COZ ITS PART OF YOUR EXPENSE IN BUSINESS.

Julio was very communicative - he made sure to call that he was finishing a job in San Bern which was about an hour away and that he would be later than expected. Unfortunately when I booked for carpet cleaning and told the associate that we are above subterranean parking, she must have misunderstood me. I agreed to the portable unit fee, then Julio had to set up a hose over our balcony as our complex does not have elevators for the unit, only stairs. We ended up paying the same price for set up without the portable unit, which was fine, because Julio was amazing. He was personable and professional the entire time. We will likely ask for him back for grout cleaning later in the year!
Chris was timely, polite, and professional. I like that there is no residue so the carpet stays cleaner longer.
