Service was excellent
I like their natural way to clean my carpets. With 2 dogs and 2 grandchildren, I also like using their spot cleaner— but was disappointed when I found out that they no longer have it available.
Carpet cleaning is exceptionally clean and with protectant stays clean even longer.
The technician was knowledgable, helpful and a problem solver. I was able to try out the carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and tile cleaning. . .all of which ended up being so worth the money. I will definitely use Zero Rez again when these services are needed. The technician was on time and friendly. Thank you Zero Rez.

The service was great, and the technician was very thorough, informative and all-around considerate. Josh crushed it!!
Parts of the carpet have not dried after the cleaning on 12/21 and appear to be stained now. I called to have someone come back out to dry/correct the affected area, but no one was available to come out. I have been trying for 2 days to dry the area with a hair dryer with very little success. I am now concerned about mold and dry rot of the wood on the steps. I want someone to come out and evaluate/correct the problem. If there is any damage to any part, I would expect Zerorez to make things right.
I just like the way the carpet looks and feels to the touch after the technician is finished and then when it’s dry. It looks about one shade brighter when finished also and your technician Jorge Is very good , He knows what he’s doing and in my opinion he’s a very valuable asset to have on your team. The guy did a great job
The tile area to be cleaned has always been considered two areas and worked with the coupon. Tech said it was three. Had to pay $45 more than previous cleanings. Not happy.
You don’t use chemicals and your service people are always friendly and do an excellent job!

They did a nice job of cleaning my sofa and 2 chairs that my elderly dog had soiled by rubbing against them. I liked the idea that there are not chemicals used.

Thomas did a fantastic tile cleaning. What was also very nice was the truckmount cleaning system he was using outside in the driveway was very quiet. I noticed they were using a Hydramaster CDS direct drive tuckmount. A very powerful machine that provided the heat that was needed to turn our dirty scumbag floor into looking nice and bright again. Thanks Zerorez, we give your guy Thomas a 5 star rating!
