Job wasn’t completed and my landlord charged me extra out of my deposit for carpet cleaning. No follow up from a manager or anyone higher up about my complaint.
Sal was very friendly. He went above and beyond what I requested. He cleaned a small hallway in addition to the living and dining room carpets. He assisted in moving some of the furniture as well.

Zerorez is always on time and handle every job professionally, explaining their process and pricing so that there are no questions that go unanswered. Their cleaning process is unlike any other. We had a piece of furniture cleaned and our tile floor and grout cleaned this time and they did an excellent job. After moving from Nevada, where I always used Zerorez, I was very happy to see that Zerorez was here in California too.
