Jeff is the one who serviced us...he was prompt, went over and above to do a super job. We had several areas with stains, and he worked hard to remove the stains. There were no cardboard squares under furniture legs. Other carpet cleaners have always provided them.
Our service technician was terrific. Treated our home as if it were his. He was on time, set-up quickly with great care for our baseboards and other furniture. He was able to get out a large dirt mark with his extra care. Our carpets look beautiful. Thank you Francisco. D Ford

We had carpet on the stairs and in an office cleaned, and the tile in the bathrooms and in the kitchen also. Everything is cleaned with steam and I so appreciate not using chemicals. And, it gets the job done!! Matt was our service technician. Matt was great! He was friendly and professional and really did a great job. He offered helpful cleaning tips along the way. I have already booked my annual cleaning with Matt for next year. Great job, Matt, and thank you so much for the hard work!!
