The room that was cleaned I don’t feel was cleaned as the carpet doesn’t smell good at all and they did not get the smell out - it seems like I might have been bette roof to use a machine I rented myself - they’ve done good in the past but not this time - I’d like for them to do it again but just the one room - the rest was ok
