Give my money back it was the worse cleaning job I have ever had. VERY disappointed carpet looks worse after cleaning than before streaks and dark spots that were not there before.
Two neighbors looked it and just shook their heads and said glad you did it so we won't use Zero.

I am satisfied with the results and how quickly the job was done, and it looks verry nice. I do have a complaint about the charge for moving furniture. I had a chair that I was going to move, and he said he would do it for me. He didn't say he was going to charge me. There was this charge for 2 items moved and it was only the chair that was moved.

I was very pleased with the precise work Jordan did cleaning my carpets throughout the house. She did a great job and the carpets look almost brand new again, even though they're about 20 years old. I've been using Zerorez for many years and will continue to do so for years to come.
