Julio was very professional, thoughtful and friendly. He did a good job on our carpet and the stairs looked great.
Jeff was interactive explaining the process. He was carefule to keep proctection where needed to prevent spills and scratches. He completed over 1200 sq ft in less than 2 hours. He was helpful with recommendations to let the carpet dry.

Our technician was very competent And professional. It is the best Carpet Cleaning we have ever had. And we highly recommend him and your services.
I LOVE ZeroRez. They do a great job of cleaning and stain removal without the chemicals. I also love their grout cleaning. Even my housekeeper was dazzled and amazed at how good the utility room looked after the grout was cleaned.
It’s been 3 days and my carpets are still damp ( with fans, air on) I fear mildew.
There were 2 rugs cleaned.
I used a white towel to check areas because the carpets are darker brown. Downstairs was good. Upstairs had enough dirt on the towel that I requested a second cleaning. He kindly obliged.
I suggest your technitions do that to show clients how clean the rugs are.
Or repeat cleaning if the rugs are still dirty
