I have used ZeroRes with wonderful results in the past. This time, spots were not treated, and the technician rushed through the job. I will be looking for a new carpet cleaner.

The cleaning was not as thorough as I had hoped and asked the tech to run through one area a second time, which he did. The technician was terrific and very service oriented.
