Francisco was an excellent technician. He was professional, courteous, and fully explained the process.

Appointment availability is timely. The technician always arrives on time. Proper protective devices are applied to protect walls, corners etc. The actual cleaning is done quickly and efficiently. The cleaning process leaves no residue and the carpets remain clean for an extended period. After four Zerorez carpet cleanings, I would never use another method.

Definitely not as thrilled with Zerorez as I was the first time. Although your prices are steep, I was satisfied when I had my carpets cleaned and Christopher seemed like a good technician. I just had my tile and grout cleaned and there were several issues. First of all, on my last invoice they claim if you book online with a special promo code they give you, you can save 10%. This is totally bogus...there is nowhere to submit a promo code. Secondly, I texted one of your chat counselors regarding this issue and never got an answer. They just kept asking me how I was going to pay. Third, your pricing regarding area and rooms is tricky. I was sure it would be one price while our technician thought otherwise. He also kept telling me what I saw were specials that had expired. He finally did deduct 10% when I would not give in about the fake promo code...EARLY 10. Fourth, although the tile and grout looks great, when the grout dried, I noticed two areas that were not clean. I took a grout cleaner and got down on my hands and knees to scrub it clean. It worked but I shouldn't have had to do this and I shouldn't have had to haggle about the price.

Professional in every aspect of service. Starting with booking, phone call to verify arrival time and a courteous person to do the job. House smells great and carpet is not left soaking wet. He even raked the off white carpet in every room after cleaning.
