The Service Technicians that came to my house did a thorough job. My whiter couches were as clean as teh day I purchased them. No chemical smell. Just fresh and clean. the techs were mindful of my furniture putting protective barriers against the legs. They wore booties and covered everything to protect it. They were very polite and informative.I would fully recommend them.

I've been using Zerorez for the last eight years. The results have been consistently good for each visit, especially the last visit where the technician was able to remove stains that I thought were impossible to remove.

Job wasn’t completed and my landlord charged me extra out of my deposit for carpet cleaning. No follow up from a manager or anyone higher up about my complaint.
Sal was very friendly. He went above and beyond what I requested. He cleaned a small hallway in addition to the living and dining room carpets. He assisted in moving some of the furniture as well.
