Disappointed the grout did not get as clean as I wanted to as in the past with other companies I’ve used. Did not appear the bathroom was cleaned but maybe it was? Carpet came out nice. Waiting to see if the dog pee stains return.

The 2 service techs that came out were very nice and both liked working for the company. First tech said pretty much all stains except cat urine would come out. We have no cats so I thought perfect. I only had about 5 spots so expected it all to look fantastic. I think make up like a bronzer/blush (from a guest) did not come up. Lightened a little but still very visible. Everything else looked good. I was hoping the rugs would look a little fluffy and fresh but maybe it’s the type of carpet I have. They had not been cleaned before so no residue was in the carpets to extract. The rooms were all guest rooms and don’t get used but a couple of times a year, so carpet was in good condition except for those 5 spots. They sent out someone right away to correct my disappointment and he did try but I guess bronzer gets put in the same class as cat urine. I am probably not the typical customer who gets their carpets cleaned. These rooms get no traffic and I keep the doors shut when it’s just the two of us in the house. I’d be curious to hear how others feel. Would I get them again? To refresh them, maybe yes because I don’t want soap deposited in them. Wish I could have been more helpful.

Natural cleaning

Jorge, our technician, took great care in protecting our home. He put out bumpers and mats to keep the other floors dry. He did an excellent job of getting our carpets clean. He’s friendly and efficient.
Last time we had our carpets cleaned there was so much moisture left in the carpet they bubbled up and within a few days the dirt was coming back to the surface. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
