I thought I already filled out an evaluation, so that's why I have not replied. The results were excellent, as was our service provider. The no-residue operation is the main reason I recommend Zerorez! Who needs toxic chemicals or residue that invites more dirt! Thanks!
My card ets look the exact same. It does not feel like they were even cleaned. The guy was really nice but it didn’t take him long and it took over 24 hours to dry.

I am convinced that
ZeroRez uses the best, safest products. I have two cats and they make mistakes on the carpet all the time. Their products are always on the truck and the technician always knows what to use and how to apply . My technician, Sal, is very careful to cover under any chair or table legs so there will not be any stains. Also makes sure that the water tube doesn't scrap the walls at any curve or corner. Just a terrific professional company!
The tile looks worse than before you cleaned it and you still charged me.

Matt was super, he let me know what I really needed. He was able to save me money because your website does not allow for the actual situation. I do want to make a complaint about charging me $7.50 for just using my credit card.

The techs are always friendly, professional and get the job done without dissatisfaction. If it's dirty, they'll make it come clean... and if they can't, it's time to throw out the carpets!
The service tech was very informative and extremely polite. Couldn't have had a better experience. Carpets and furniture came out perfect.
Our technician tried to overcharge us. We have an 8' couch and a 5' couch and he tried to charge us for two 8 foot couches because they were in a corner together and measured 8 feet from end to end. It took a while but he finally understood. Alot of my time wasted explaining to him how to measure. Otherwise he did a good job.

The service technician arrived prior to the scheduled time, was courteous, and completed the work quickly. He did an excellent job and even checked to make sure I was happy with the cleaning before he left. The only thing was we were told we would be contacted about an hour before the appointment to let us know they were on schedule for the appointment time but we were never contacted.
