Zero residue

The chairs that I paid to have cleaned do not look like they have been cleaned at all. They need to be recleaned and properly treated for dirt.

Excellent staff of professionals, they carpets look amazing. They are always on time, offer cleaning products and suggestions. I would not use anyone else.
Technician was obviously in a hurry, did not work to get spots out. Completed master bedroom, two bedrooms, hallway and stairs in less than an hour after his set up was complete. We expected to pay more for a premium service and zerorez did not meet our expectations this time. Would like it redone by a different technician to come out or a full refund.

Service technicians are polite and skilled. Zerorez has serviced our home for many years.
Sal and Maurice showed up on time. Our carpet is old but they done a great job of having it cleaned. They took care of protecting the corners of the home from where the hose are wrapped.
I am very happy with them and with the end result. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
Made my carpeting like new, got out spots I had really worked hard on
and still couldn't get out...the spots are now gone! Technician was knowledgeable and worked as hard as anyone I've ever seen.

Utmost professionalism, prompt and courteous service
Sal is the BEST. He always takes care of us. It is important to note, that he is training new techs and takes the time to make sure they get it right. I remember when it was just him and he would always, always, make sure I understood what to expect and the process. Now he is a wonderful mentor and teaches his trainees to do the same to do the same so everyone is on the same page.
Responsiveness
Sal was terrific, I have recommend him to my sister and my parents. I gave his card and I believe he did as well to two separate neighbors of my parents.

Clean and protect carpets without residue build up.
We have white carpeting in our master bedroom. Zeroez has kept it beautiful and white. All shoe marks etc removed. Very pleased with the results.
