Utmost professionalism, prompt and courteous service
Sal is the BEST. He always takes care of us. It is important to note, that he is training new techs and takes the time to make sure they get it right. I remember when it was just him and he would always, always, make sure I understood what to expect and the process. Now he is a wonderful mentor and teaches his trainees to do the same to do the same so everyone is on the same page.
Responsiveness
Sal was terrific, I have recommend him to my sister and my parents. I gave his card and I believe he did as well to two separate neighbors of my parents.

Clean and protect carpets without residue build up.
We have white carpeting in our master bedroom. Zeroez has kept it beautiful and white. All shoe marks etc removed. Very pleased with the results.

Rugs hasnt been washed good but I paid almost $270 for them. I like you to pick up the rugs and wash them in your location the ay the should have been washed and cleaned. I did not even receive the receipt through email that I was told I will!

Lightly soiled carpets, once dry, look absolutely no different after being charged $312 despite having a coupon for $159 for 3 rooms, which was revealed at the time of booking. Instead of the price dropping, they just added a bunch of extra fees to keep the bill at the $312 initially quoted BEFORE the coupon was deducted!
I posted before and after pictures of where 2 desk chair pads kept the carpet completely clean (since newly installed) and showing the lightly soiled perimeter around the 2 desk chair pads. The before and after pics are EXACTLY the same! Like they never bothered to remove any of the dirt.
What a waste of money, time and effort for us to move all the furniture out of the rooms for easy access!
The technician, Joshua, was nice, professional and prompt. But no carpet soul seemed to leave our house in YOUR provided water…which you charged US to haul away. What a scam.
Technician called to tell us he was on the way and arrived on time for the scheduled apointment.
Our chairs are covered with Ultra - Suede. He verfied that alkaline water would not harm them before beginning the cleaning process. He finished by brushing them with a horse hair brush leaving a beautifully groomed finish.
Our 18 year old chairs look like new again.
