Jordan, the technicion that you sent was cordial and did a good job on our tile and grout floors.
The main thing I like about Zerorez is that the cleaning liquid is water - not chemicals. It is so nice to have clean floors.

Fast friendly service great staff
My original carpet zerorez cleaning was sub par. I called to complain. Zerorez was so awesome, no questions asked, just rescheduled a follow up appointment. The gentleman who came out did an amazing job.
Service is very good. The tech always takes care to make sure the house stays in good condition despite the hose that goes throughout the house. Most importantly the carpet looks great when the work is done.

The Zerorez carpet cleaning performed on Feb. 10, 2023 was the fifth done by the company. The technician was on time and did the work in an efficient and professional manner. I will only use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning. The process is the the best!

I like the concept of cleaner water with Zerorez. I haven't heard the ad on the radio lately that states we can drink the water from Zerorez.
Yesterday, when Carlos was at the door, I opened it and motioned just a min as I finished a short phone call. He waited patiently at the door step , then when I returned he greeted me with smile as he handed me the "booties" and introduced himself with his card.
I asked for the total fee before he began the service and he willingly gave it to me. I usually get the extra protectent on the carpet and never ask when I schedule the appointment so I don't know the total fee. I appreciate Carlos figuring out the total before completing the job.
Carlos was efficient, thorough and pleasant. He seemed to have pride in the work!

Disappointed the grout did not get as clean as I wanted to as in the past with other companies I’ve used. Did not appear the bathroom was cleaned but maybe it was? Carpet came out nice. Waiting to see if the dog pee stains return.
