The carpets are thoroughly clean when the job is done and like that Zerorez doesn't use strong chemicals.
Dealing with setting up the appointment was easy, the technician was prompt and experienced, Clean cleaning agent used. Our technician Marcel was excellent. We have had him in the past and he is fantastic at what he does.
As a 2-time cancer survivor, I like that your cleaning technique is not toxic but still effective.
