First, I have been using Zerorez for years. Always an outstanding job. This recent cleaning was exceptionally outstanding. The technician, Rudy Rios, was able to remove two old stains (red wine and blood) from my carpets. I am beyond thrilled. Rudy was efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and very quick in cleaning my carpets. I give him 15 out of 10! My house looks terrific

I have used Zerorez for over14 years and I’ve been very happy with their service and product. They are able to clean and sanitize your granite counters and tile areas. If you have carpeting in your home, they do a wonderful job making it look new again. Definitely use there service to do any of the cleaning in your home.

Our technician Matt was outstanding. I ask if he could spot clean some upholstered chairs. He said that his upholstery tool was broken, but would let me know when he was back in the area and he would do it then. An hour after he left he called and said he would be in the area the next week and we made the appt. He is really a great cleaner and excellent with customer service. Will ask for him again.

Julio was SO GREAT. He was so engaging, pleasant, and got the work done very quickly. I appreciated his expertise and wanted to do the carpet guard he mentioned for one of the rooms. I have had other people that work for Zerorez try to upsell me and it felt that way. Not with Julio, which is a gift and good salesmanship to begin with. He called me promptly at 9:30a to let me know his ETA, arrived on time when it was expected (five minutes to my appointment time at 10:00a) and got everything done within the two hours allotted. My carpets look fantastic and it's the best they've looked since I started having them cleaned by Zerorez within the last year and a half. Thank you to Julio and I will be sure to request him next time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpet is crunchy, like there is shampoo in it. Also several stains left that I removed after the cleaning.
