We ordered a simple carpet cleaning of stairs with pet hair/smell removal. Although some stains came out, and we waited for carpet to dry 2 days, afterwards carpet smelled like dog. Disappointing!

I just got off the phone with a rep who, when I was telling her about our experience basically told me "too bad" when I expressed my concerns about the last cleaning we received from your company.

I had also sent texts and photos to the text number I had been communicating with regarding the appointment.

The first experience we had the guy went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

This time the guy did a good job but seemed more focused on upsells and the dollar amount of the sale than anything else. I do think we were overcharged for the amount of carpet area actually cleaned. And, it took 36 hours for the carpet to get even close to dry. No way that should happen with a truck mount unit.

I'm left with no choice but to go online and social media(I have 200K plus followers on IG) and let people know about my experience with your company this time.

Needless to say we won't be using your again.

Actually, Havier did a good job, even though some of the spots have returned, something I can handle. My coupon deal was for 3 rooms with one of the rooms to have a protective coating. The rooms I selected to be cleaned were the family room, the master bedroom and the hallway. I purposely wanted the family room to have the protective coat which I mentioned in my recorded ordering of the cleaning and to Havier. Instead, the hallway was protected, and I was told I could have an additional room protected at an additional cost, which I declined thinking this is a way the company gets you to spend additional funds. No action is expected or required on your part.
