Very courteous and professional cleaner showed up. Work done better than any company I used. Gave me a very accurate estimate about drying time based on the work completed. Excellent job and I will always use this company.

On Time, helpfull, polite, courteous and my carpets have never been so clean. They look like new. Maurice was wonderful and I am already spreading his praises with friends. I will have him back soon to do the rest of the house.
It is such a cumbersome way of getting the carpets cleaned as apposed to the handheld machine. Because most furniture is not moved, there must be a lot of dust that never gets taken care of properly.
Maurice did a really good job by getting the stubborn stain from my white fabric headboard.
Jeremy did a great job and explained everything very well. He also cleaned up and put everything back in place.
My dining table was damaged (the side trim was damaged I am assuming during moving the table to clean the carpet underneath) and a dining chair had a large grease smear across it. The damage to the dining table is the worst, as I now have to try to find a craftsman to come out and try to repair it. Very disappointed and will not use this particular Zero Res franchise again.
The tech was on time, friendly, respectful and responsible! What more could I ask for! The carpet is clean and is fresh smelling! Next cleaning I want the same tech!
Did a great job.
Some areas have stains left by the service person. I sent emails with pictures and have left messages. I received one call back on 5/8 at 4:33pm but when I answered the line was silent and then was disconnected. I called the number back immediately but the call went to voicemail. Also, some areas still look dirty. Lastly, I asked if the company offered a Veteran's discount to which the service person answered "no." Fair enough. However, when I went on the website I noticed a 15% off discount for carpet cleaning that I thought the person could have advised me of.
I paid $600 for this service. I think I deserve a call back to address the issues above.

Professional job with great customer service from appt to completion.
I’m so happy I found zerorez. I inquired with 3 or 4 upholstery cleaning services and zerorez was the only one able to give me rough estimate over the phone. They even found an opening for the next day and sent us Jake. Jake was very friendly, professional and honest. I had 5 loveseats in pretty bad condition. He quickly put together a plan and some realistic expectations. He blew my expectations away and brought these back to life! He worked so quickly too and the price was more than fair. We will definitely be using and referring out zerorez.
They do a good job
The guy you sent out was not a real professional. He moved my chairs that had been on the tile floor (which he was going to clean) onto an area rug. That left a black mark on my area rug. Then, he cleaned my den but didn't clean in front of the couch. There were black marks left on my rug where he didn't clean it. Very disappointing overall.
The young man that came was extremely professional and very nice. My rating is based on the fact that there were a number of places that did not get clean because he said his tool would not go there—specifically on edges or near cabinets but also in a few case more in the open. The areas that did get clean make the ones that did not be very noticeable. I used Stanley Steamer previously and it seemed that their tools did not have those limits.
