I'm very pleased with the rug cleaning service completed on April 12. The technician prepared all floors leading to the rooms requiring rug cleaning (master bedroom at the rear of the house and a bedroom at the front of the house. He also protected all doors from the hoses required for the job. When the job was completed the rugs on the floors of these two bedrooms looked great, clean and without stains! I will recommend Zerorez rug cleaning services to my neighbors.

The last time we had zero rez clean our carpet, it was barely damp when the techs left. This time it was wetter and took longer to dry. Not sure if it's weather related.

The technician was on time, took his time to do a great job and was considerate of my home putting down drop cloths and protecting the walls/moldings. I also appreciate that I was quoted a price before and not pressured into upselling when the technician arrived. The carpets were left clean without any odor and dried fast.

The carpet is always cleaner than with other companies ... for longer ... and of course, no residue.
The technicians are always very nice and can answer questions.
They are clean and efficient.
