It works. You were able to remove grease stains that were tracked onto new carpet that had just been installed a week prior.

The technician arrived at the early part of the 2-hour window which is great, so I don't have to wait too long. He was able to remove the vomit stain on the area rug within a short period of time. The process was clean and efficient. He also explained what they can do to maintain area rugs at their facilities. I would recommend Zerorex.

I booked this appt. Weeks ago and specifically requested the 10-12 slot so our carpets would be dry by the evening and we could move all our furniture back before we went to bed. We received a call before noon that the tech who was supposed to clean our carpet called in sick and they had to assign a new tech and push our time slot until 2-4. The tech did not come until 3:15. Johnathan our tech was very good but unfortunately it still blew up our entire day and we were not able to put the house back together until the next day. Why did it take your team several hours to call us?
