Marcel did an excellent job, he’s very knowledgeable about carpets and gave great suggestions. This is the second time he’s been to my house and would recommend him highly!
Great job!!. Julio was outstanding. He was a consummate professional. He took the time to explain the entire process in getting our carpets clean. The work was impeccable! After Julio finished cleaning our 15 year old carpet looked brand new. The color and vibrancy were back. The job took about 2 hours but it well worth time. The price was very reasonable for the excellent outcome. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Julio for your next carpet cleaning job!!

I did not feel that my carpets turned out as clean as the last time you came and cleaned them. It does not make me want to use you again or recommend you to my friends. I realize my carpets are older but I spent $80 for my stairs and parts of them do not look any cleaner than before.

Joshua called 30 min before arrival time and was pleasant and polite about explaining the procedure. I appreciated the info because even though I have had ZeroRez here several times, I forget the procedure because I usually have my carpets cleaned 2x per year. He reviewed the procedure used to keep the water healthier for the environment which is why I chose Zero Rez in the first place and I had forgotten "we could drink the water." Also, my husband and I left our home to go to a close restaurant for breakfast while Joshua cleaned the carpets. I told Joshua to call if there was in questions or problems. We had just arrived at the restaurant and he called because I forgot to tell him about our cat who is very social and curious and making it difficult for Joshua to his job. He was concerned about the cat being safe
while he worked. I was thankful he called so I could give him cat care instructions so he could complete his work in a timely manner. Joshua was efficient and effective with cleaning and polite and enthusiastic about his work.

Online scheduling was a breeze. Follow up was timely. Tech arrived on time, was polite and professional. Carpets look great! All in all, a great experience. My only caution is that our carpets were wet for close to 24 hours, so that was a bit longer than expected - but we have very thick, high quality carpet & padding, so it makes sense.

Green products. Friendly, knowledgeable people. I especially liked the careful steam cleaning, not rushed, covered shoes, padding over tiled floors to protect from wet carpet cleaning products. The best I have ever seen: corner protectors so the hoses do not mark the baseboards!!!!.🥰 10+++
