Your methods of utilizing your own water and non-residue cleansers. Your high powered water sucsion vacuum equipment and of course the excellent results, lasting well beyond the drying of the rugs.

The technique restored by trust in zerorez again! My last technician did an awful job and didn’t take his time working on spits. This time, our technician spent time rousing on stains and also sucked most of the water out so my carpet dried be evening . I am very impressed .
The service young man was very friendly and did his job excellently. My carpet is very old and stained and now it really looks nice. I have used Zero Rez for ;many years now. I have always been happy with their work.

First timer here! Very impressed with on-time service! Maurice North, the technician,was terrific!! He worked very hard, asked questions, wanted us to check over all the carpets, and was cheerful and friendly!! I would always ask for him to come out again to clean!!

I order a Dr Walt tool # 320B in your on line catalog it was listed tool only and it came with a extra cutting blade the tool to replace the blade and the bleed cover when I received the tool the extra cutting blade was missing so I called your Customer service number and told them the extra cutting blade was missing he put me hold and check when he came back on line he said that yes it should of been in the box and asked me to double check to make sure that it wasn't in the box when I told him that I opened both ends of the box and no it not there he told me that he would open an new order and send it to me, he also told me to call back the next day and make sure it was order so when I called the next day I was told that it didn't include the extra cutting blade I told her yes it did its in your listing and I asked her to look when she did look the listing had been changed when I told her that I called yesterday and the person I spoke to confirm that it did show the extra cutting blade was included she told me that when they find a item in this case the tool that I Order was listed wrong they update the items the problem I have is that when I purchase this tool in good faith it did include the extra cutting blade and it not my fault that it wasn't properly listed she told me well it's not included now and then I was just disconnected
The real problem is that I thought that I have found a good company to work with it very easy to order parts it was shipped in one day and I received the tool in two days and it was box good but when I ordered items I expect to receive what I ordered so I am very disappointed
