Our Technician, Jeff arrived on time and was extremely efficient and friendly. Our carpet turned out great! This is not our first time using Zerorez….they are my go-to for carpet cleaning.
It works. You were able to remove grease stains that were tracked onto new carpet that had just been installed a week prior.

The technician arrived at the early part of the 2-hour window which is great, so I don't have to wait too long. He was able to remove the vomit stain on the area rug within a short period of time. The process was clean and efficient. He also explained what they can do to maintain area rugs at their facilities. I would recommend Zerorex.
