Our carpet doesn't attract the dirt after a Zerorez cleaning like it did with a cleaning from the other companies. And our carpet isn't "crunchy" after a Zerorez cleaning like it is after a cleaning from other companies. We've had our carpet 20 years and have only used Zerorez to clean it, except once when I messed up and called another big carpet cleaning company - that's when we ended up with crunchy carpet that attracted dirt and needed to be cleaned again in about two months. So I called Zerorez, told them what happened and they did an extra good job, got all the other company's soap out and our carpet is back to feeling and looking great! Been back to only Zerorez since and you'd never know our carpet is 20 years old!

Rudy the technician was very skilled and pleasant to be around. It was a fair price with the work I received. I have only used Zeroex to clean my carpets which were new in 2012. I have never used soap on my wool carpet - only Zeroez’s
filtered water. Carpet is looking nice again after cleaning.
