You use your own water and my carpet looks brand new when cleaned. You’re the only company I trust to clean my carpets because I’ve never been disappointed with the service or the technicians. You are all very respectful and easy to work with. The prices are reasonable too.

Friendliness, professionalism and attention to appointment time. Carpet always looks great. However, I do think that whomever the technician talks to on his cell phone, repeatedly, should be cut down. If it is work related, it may be necessary for the tech, however it does feel like a disservice to the current client. Perhaps management should readdress how and when they disturb the tech when he is on a job. Just a thought.

Their tech, Rudy, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient. I have had them out a couple of times; so I already like the quality of work. But this specific tech was able to hook up the truck to a third floor condo and brought padding for my expensive area rug before doing a great cleaning job in record time. Will definitely be using them regularly.
