My carpet stays cleaner much longer than with other products. The technician are efficient, polite and friendly.

When I received Your several Text/Email solicitations, I wrote back saying “CALL ME and gave my cell#,,,but got ‘NO’ calls repeatedly over a year or more,,,until the latest notice then I got a Call,,,,,,,I advised Your caller that apparently Nobody is checking Your text/email for responses,,but instead are apparently relying upon the client to ‘Go-on-Line’ , which is a possibly a costly mistake for Your company!?!!

Very happy with service.. carpets look amazing and so clean!! Seemed a bit expensive through. It took only an hour and a half with just one guy... We moved all the furniture and put it all back ourselves... Total cost was just under $300 for 5 rooms and a small hallway. But overall..... still pleased.

Zerorez did a beautiful job cleaning our carpets. They even were able to get off some sticky candy stain in our child's room. The worker called to tell me the time he would arrive, which was during the time window given on making the appointment. He was thorough and courteous. I was charged the amount quoted. I highly recommend this company.

its now been a full day and a half since the tech left and my carpet is still really wet! I have had all windows doors and fans on non stop. Not happy how wet my carpet is after so many hours and so much breezy sunny weather and fans to help it along

Easy to book - great technicians - overall excellent service
Carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction but it took two and a half days to to dry. Was told to be careful stepping on tile in entryway to put a towel or rug down of which i did.
The next morning my husband went to take a shower and when he stepped in he slipped and fell his whole body went down. He hit his head and whole body cut a finger. Thank God nothing broken or cut. It could have been much worse. It was a horrific sound and I had to help him get up. Needless to say he has been very sore and head hurts from time to time.
This is our first experience with Zerorez and it was great. Everything went as planned from the pre service call to confirm the time, to the professionalism of the service technician and especially the job itself. All of the stains are gone and our carpet looks great. We also had the tile in our bathroom cleaned and it really needed it! You can even feel the difference with bare feet. We have had much construction work at our house in the last year and nothing went as smoothly as our experience with Zerorez. I am so pleased and would highly recommend them.
