I love that you do not use any shampoo or chemicals. We were really having difficulty with a previous cleaner using chemicals and having tons of residue. Jacob was fast and friendly and will definitely hire him again!

The gentleman who helped us that day was professional and did a great job cleaning our carpet, floors and furniture. He was very thoughtful about cleaning everything up behind his work and even kept an eye out for our scared cats so they didn't run out the door while he was there! Thank you!

ZeroRez system works! ZeroRez Tech, Marcel is excellent at getting the perfect outcome. The process last much, much longer than other steam cleaning methods.
I called Zerorez Los Angeles because I had a large area that my dog had urinated on and the smell was becoming overwhelming. Sal and a younger gentleman whose name I can't remember at the moment came at the set time. They were polite and respectful, and listened to my concerns about the urine smell, then explained the process to remove it clearly and thoroughly before beginning. I have several pieces of irreplaceable furniture that they took extra care to protect and avoid when cleaning the rest of the downstairs carpet. Overall the service was excellent. One thing that especially touched me was how Sal taught the other gentleman how to properly clean my sofa, explaining to him exactly what to look for and the best way to approach certain situations in a very clear, respectful manner. He could have just left the younger man on his own, but instead took the time to really teach him his craft. It was obvious to me from this encounter that Sal is very knowledgeable about his work and is proud to pass on his knowledge to the next generation. I made a point to mention this to Sal before he left. I've had a lot of different companies and people clean my carpet, but Sal and his partner were by far the best, most thorough team I've had. I'll be calling Zerorez Los Angeles, and Sal, back to clean my carpet again for sure!
They leave my carpet fresh, clean without residue, and they protect from further damage from my pets. I have used zerorez for years as recommended by my brother who laid carpet for a living. I’ve had different service reps, and all of them have been professional, efficient, and courteous.

as he brings the equipment to the room, he chips a portion of the wooden floor. when I bring it to his attention. He even does not say sorry.
he cleaned the front of the sofa and not the back. The back needs to be cleaned soon.
