I don't think Zerore deserves a "10". A "20" would be closer to rating this company and its employees.
If someone is shopping for carpet and upholstery cleaning, they couldn't hire a better company than Zerorez. So affordable and efficient. No hard sales, hidden charges, or bait-and-switch BS, just great professional cleaning. They were right on time, very professional, friendly, and hard workers.
THE PRICE: It is so affordable that I will get my carpets cleaned TWICE a year by Zerorez. Lowest price I found on Yelp.
Upholstery Cleaning - Beyond a '10'. My couch looks better after they cleaned it than when I bought it. The texture was so soft, and the color was restored. Jeremy worked on it for 45 minutes and did a terrific cleaning job. Looks brand new.
Carpet - Another '10'+. The carpet was actually a shade lighter after Jeremy cleaned It. Not hard and stiff afterward, but soft and fluffy. Not soggy and wet. In fact, most of the carpet was dry within a few hours. I had a bad glue stain in one area. When he was done, it was like the stain never existed.
I have two dogs and a 4-month-old puppy. Guess what that means? Yeap, there were many accidents, but the carpet smelled like new when Jeremy got done. Not a stain anywhere.
BTW, I am NOT receiving any compensation for my comments. In my opinion, this company deserves a 20 rating.
I like the cleaning process and the cleaning system you use. It doesn't get the carpet soaked, also. I also thought the technician was very good at his job.

Exelent work
The technicians do a great job and cleaning job lasts a long time. I especially like the job done by Marcel and try to request him as our technician. He is thorough and pleasant. The technicians always arrive within the scheduled 2-hour window and call to confirm time of arrival. I have used no other carpet cleaning company for years now and will use only Zerorez.

I just had Zero Rez come out to clean my carpets and bathroom tile and it was a horrible experience. The website says there is a three-step process but they do not follow it. My family had to move our own furniture so the carpets could be cleaned underneath. I had to re-clean the tile with my steam mop and the pad was black. When they cleaned the bathtub shower tile they left the tub disgusting. They left brown drips all over the carpet which made it sticky and crunchy everywhere; I took a damp towel, barely rubbed and the towel became dark brown. DISGUSTING! When I called them back they gave attitude as they sent someone out to re-look at SOME of it and the technician called my family and carpets disgusting. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR! All of this commotion resulted in me having to take two more days off of work. The carpets are still NOT clean.
Please refund the cost of the service.

They arrived on time, were fast and careful with furniture. drying time was at a minimum and price was fair. Great job.
Jeff was on time, very efficient and truly cared about doing a good job. He also gave me helpful tips such as to avoid walking on the carpet for an extended amount of time, especially where he worked on stains, because more water was applied onto those areas. As always, Zerorez did a wonderful job.
