What do you like about our products and services?

I’ve been using ZeroRez for over 20 years and I wouldn’t use anyone else.
They get the carpet really clean and spots do not reappear . It also dries fast.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I’ve always had Zerorez clean my carpets. This last time apparently the guys hose blew. He fixed it and finished cleaning. The next morning I noticed all the walls, staircase spindles, and shelf upstairs were covered in dried dirty water spots/drippings. I called Zerorez and let them know, and they said Brian, the manager, would be calling back that day. I cleaned everything because we were having guests stay the next day. But Brian never called me back.
I will most likely use Zerorez again because I feel the carpets are cleaned well. But a little disappointed I didn’t get a call back.

The technician showed up on time got right to work. It only took about an hour to complete. The carpet cleaning went very well and we are pleased with the results. The price was reasonable. There is no residue left behind.

Fransisco did a great job - very thorough. Much better results than with a previous carpet cleaning service which had left residue in my carpets. Carpets are clean and bright.

Our technician "MAX RAMIREZ" was the VERY best I've ever had, in the past 20 years!!!!!
I definitely will request him the next time.

Our first guy called at the last minute and cancelled, then we called the area rep and he rescheduled us for later that week, and we were very happy with Jeremy Adams our new Zerorez carpet cleaner. He came, on time, and did a great job! We will stick with ZeroRez now thanks to Jeremy and the great job he did for us!!!

What could we do to improve?

RECENTLY YOUR PEOPLE CAME OUT TO STEAM CLEAN AND REASAL MY KITCHEN FLOOR.WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING THE SERVICE PERSON SAID THERE WAS A RUST MARK THAT HE NOTICED AND THE NEXT TIME THEY WOULD WORK ON IT. I WONDERED IF HE SAW IT WHY IT WAS NOT WORKED ON ON THIS CLEANING. THEY WERE READY TO LEAVE WHEN IT WAS POINTED OUT. ALSO THERE WEE SOME PLACES WHERE I THINK THE GROUT ( THEFLOOR IS STONE) COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER.

Julio had the best manners and customer service skills I have ever seen. On top of that, he was quick and deliberate. He worked smart. The carpet looked fantastic when he was finished. I hope you put this in a frame in the breakroom, because Julio is the best! A wonderful associate for sure!
