I am a repeat customer but this last visit i was being charged for 3 rooms and only had 2 cleaned. I told him I scheduled the 3 then only needed 2 and that's what he cleaned. Instead of removing the 3rd room off my bill he tried to collect and when I questions this he said the company will charge for 2 rooms for doing 1 Livingroom. That was $100 extra on my bill if I didn't ask and very dishonest.
Every time you guys arrive you stress us out. You don’t stick with the agreement, three rooms for a certain price. I even had a three rooms coupon for $177. Instead we ended up paying @ $334. When the technician arrived he’s telling us he’s not gonna be able to do all three rooms because he’s been overbooked. All this after my wife and I have moved all the furniture in all these rooms, not fair. After a very stressful situation, he finally said that he was able to do the work. He can now because somebody else canceled. What a bunch of stress and poor business practices, Our stairway wood on each side of the carpet has been ruined because your technicians don’t wipe the moisture off that damages our wood. They don’t have enough corner protectors our baseboards are all marked up. I think you should come out the next time for free and clean our house, send somebody out to take care of the repairs of the wood that you damaged and the marks on our baseboards.

Big stain all left. I have used you for so many years so it is so hard to write this. Some of the original guys you had really knew what they were doing. I really don’t know what to tell you but my master suit looks the same as before he came.

I like the fact that you don't use product on the carpet, only the special water. Jeremy and the other technicians have all been polite and helpful. They work hard to get the carpet clean.
The results of the carpet cleaning were wonderful. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I think it would have been appropriate if he had worn shoes covers as all the other technicians in the past have done.

my carpets do not seem clean, they still smell and we told upon arrival there was a minimum of 179 when we had been quoted a different price. in the end since one of the rugs was smaller we did get the price however it seemed somewhat suspicious initially.
