My technician, Jorge is the BEST!! When he finishes, the carpet looks new and is so soft!!

My carpets look amazing. I have a dog and they get regular wear and tear, plus paws and dirt and sometimes mud. Zerorez does an awesome job of making them look new each time they are cleaned. The technician (Jeremy from Irvine office) is very thorough and professional. He is great with my dog, too.

My floors look wonderful! We had our wood floors and bedroom carpets done and it gave my rooms new life. Eduardo was fast and thorough, he did a great job!
I am very disappointed that the carpet cleaning guy scrapped up my bedroom door with his hose or something and took chunk of wood out of the door.
