I have used Zerorez several times and will not use another carpet/floor cleaning company. Zerorez does not leave any residue, it does dry faster and is non-toxic. The carpet and floors always come out very clean. The technicians are very dependable and do a great job!

I’ve always had Zerorez clean my carpets. This last time apparently the guys hose blew. He fixed it and finished cleaning. The next morning I noticed all the walls, staircase spindles, and shelf upstairs were covered in dried dirty water spots/drippings. I called Zerorez and let them know, and they said Brian, the manager, would be calling back that day. I cleaned everything because we were having guests stay the next day. But Brian never called me back.
I will most likely use Zerorez again because I feel the carpets are cleaned well. But a little disappointed I didn’t get a call back.

The technician showed up on time got right to work. It only took about an hour to complete. The carpet cleaning went very well and we are pleased with the results. The price was reasonable. There is no residue left behind.

The service is excellent: Marcel did a thorough, professional job, and my carpets are now in terrific shape.

Maurice was delightful and did a wonderful job.

Our first guy called at the last minute and cancelled, then we called the area rep and he rescheduled us for later that week, and we were very happy with Jeremy Adams our new Zerorez carpet cleaner. He came, on time, and did a great job! We will stick with ZeroRez now thanks to Jeremy and the great job he did for us!!!
