It took way to long to clean such a small apartment. The last time I do not remember it taking so long. The job was very good though.

Julio the cleaner was very nice and every thing went smoothly!
Julio the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with his schedule to clean 4 different units in our building. Zeroez said that he would arrive by 10:00 a.m. and he showed up by 8:30 a.m. He wore booties into the units to keep from spreading any outside dirt and he was quick and efficient. Great service and attention to detail.

Carpet cleaning job was excellent. However, wet soap/water left a film on my hardwood floor at the entryway which is now damaged. I cannot remove the water damage to the veneer.
The technician Jonathan was great. The carpet is 25 years old and looks great again. You know the old saying, "Make My Carpets Look Great Again.

I don’t know how long we have used you but think it is 2005 or so. We have always had excellent service from booking to technician. There was one exception in 2011, but that was it.
We have had a 1 story home with 3 carpeted bedrooms and an area rug since we remodeled in 2016. So it’s pretty much the same job every time.
This week, we showed up at 11:49 for a 10-12AM slot, and the technician wanted to discuss my job and price, which I was surprised at. In the end he was looking at the wrong job, but ticked me off enough I just wanted him to leave. I ended up calling the office and talking to Brian, but the tech was so insistent on making his point he wasted 30 minutes on the phone and in debate, and then I had to get off a virtual meeting to call Brian.
I love your work, but I don’t want to call you again for service. This was a sour experience. You are too expensive to hAve dusted up my morning arguing with me on your own quiet process. Your tech insisted it should be $60 more and there was no consideration for my time or frustration.
