Your worker showed up on time, worked out the estimate and completed his cleaning in 90 minutes (3 rooms). Carpet dried to 2-4 hours and looks great.

Our carpets looked really bad. We had set in doggie stains plus many other spots from 100s of people walking through the house for an estate sale. I figured we would actually have to replace the carpet. Someone referred me to Zerorez and I am so glad we used them. The carpets came out awesome and look brand new!

The efficiency and the lookmof our carpet is great.
I will not be using Zerorez again for 3 reasons. First, the $25 water disposal fee and second, the $25 set up fee. Total BS!!! And 3, the tech grumbled about which carpet to clean first (this is a vacation rental building and carpets needed to be cleaned according to availability), and, the tech repeatedly looked up brands to check for...I don't know what - way too corporate. He was told repeatedly the rugs had been cleaned many times.

The dog diarrhea stain and smell didn't come out.
It would be nice to have the carpets dry enough after 8 hours to put the furniture back in bedrooms.
The technician was very professional and answered all our questions, checked with us about any trouble areas before starting and requested that we review the finished product in case there was any areas that needed more attention. This technician has been the best technician that has cleaned our carpet.
