How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Nice operator but under-trained/experienced. Carpets AND pads left TOO WET on top of each other.
Would not have dried w/o creating problems left so. WE had too drag the rugs and pads around too allow to dry.

What I like best is that Zeroez removes the dirt and secondly that the carpet stays cleaner longer than any other services I have used over 30 years. Then Zerorez technicians are willing to do the work to clean the carpet and are efficient and professional.

There were 2 folks - a manager and a trainee. The manager was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did a thorough job. You could tell that he took pride in his work and gave an earnest effort to eliminate spots etc.

They were not disruptive or destructive = welcome here any time.

very nice agent. had many excuses for not working my wife had to prompt and help him. final price 30% higher than quoted on the phone.

The gentleman you sent to my house was FANTASTIC!!
I was so impressed. He was a hard worker and was able to get a 15 year old stained carpet look new again. I was seriously shocked. And he was so polite too!! I will never use any other company but Zerorez moving forward as I am a Realtor and need carpets cleaned throughout the year.

First, we have been customer since July 2005. There is no one better than this Irvine Zerorez..

Since 2016 Sal Alvarez has been our technician. He is Excellent and represents the company to the highest standards. We have watched him grow within the company to product super and have enjoyed seeing his family grow.

There is never a time that Sal has not asked if he can help us put furniture back in place or if we need anything personal. He is aware that my husband has severe health issues and wants to be sure nothing is needed. This young man is very honest, has integrity.

We’re longtime customers of Zerorez. I wouldn’t think of having our carpets cleaned by any other service. It’s far superior to other services. The young man who cleaned our carpets called us with his approximately arrival time, and when at our home explained what he would be doing, was respectful of our property, let us know when we would be able to walk on the carpets, and provided booties for my husband.

I highly recommend Zerorez.
