Your cleaners are always on time and very professional! There is never any soap residue left behind which has helped preserve the life of my carpet. I would never use any other company! Thx for consistent work and service. Also, competitively priced!

Zerorez does a great job every time. Their consistency is why I call them everytime I need my carpets cleaned. I have 2 dogs and I love the fact they they don't clean with any harsh chemicals that could harm my doggies in anyway.

My service representative, Julio, was very courteous. He called from his first job to give me a detailed update on the time he thought he would get to my house. He was very polite and listened to the areas I needed him to work on the carpet stains. He did exactly what he said he would. I would definitely use ZeroRez again. Very professional operation.

Products PERFORM! They are eco-friendly. The team using those products...and that includes schedulers, etc ...are all friendly and helpful. The jobs are done with care and I appreciate the po]rotective mats, the "corner-guards" etc. The service techs. always confirm their arrival times etc.
