Customer service was amazing..These guys got it down.. From the moment they entered our home..they were courteous, respectful, friendly and knew their job well. They cleaned and removed our dogs urine odor..thank God..recommended the scotch gard which will further protect our carpet ..so we gladly chose to do so. The carpet looks and smells amazing.. I would highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning. We are very happy with the results!!

WE badly needed your services and things turned out well.
Zerorez gets the stains out and make the carpets look new again. I especially like the fact that they use their own water which is the secret to getting the carpets cleaner. Other companies use the water from the bathtub, which is messy and an inconvenience not to mention that the carpet never did get as clean as when Zeroex does the job.
Maurice, our service man, was a very nice young person who seemed to care and want to please. Enjoyed his cheery attitude. Prompt and did good job.
The cleaning job is always good. This time, however, the men cleaned the carpeting very well but somehow managed to disconnect electronic devices while either moving the night stand in the bedroom and computer, etc. in my office.

I have been using Xereroz for the past 10-15 years and have never been disappointed in their outstanding level of service. The technician who cleaned my carpets on Saturday was also outstanding. He showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, and left my carpeting looking like new again. I will definitely ask for the same technician the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

We did have an amazing experience with this service, our carpet look brand new now. I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaning company to any one who needs to get their carpet clean. Customer service was amazing, great experience since we dialed this company number !!!
We had a very sweet employee come out on Saturday to do a lot of work. He seemed to work very hard but the results don’t look like much was done. Our carpet stairs turned out well enough for being old, but a simple few spots on our big couch and chair looked exactly the same before and after. Also, we did the glass shower cleaning, looks the same. I had the shower/bathroom grout and tile cleaned and sealed and I mentioned some persistent white spots that needed to be scrubbed before sealing. He said they came up and sealed it but they are still there.
Paid almost $800 and my husband came home and said it looked like nothing was done. Maybe it’s the cleaning process? Not sure. Bummed though :( we’ve used this company before and things went better
