Great service! Carlos Hernandez did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He got our stains out and the carpet looks awesome. Also like the products that are used, they seem to do work and get the carpets cleaned. Definitely recommend Zerorez.
I have used Zero Rez for many years. The staff who clean my carpets always call to let me know they are on the way, arrive on time and are very respectful.
In the past my carpets dried quite quickly. This time I agreed to a spray on treatment and the carpets took much longer to dry. To be honest I would not agree to it plus the extra cost the next time Zero Rez cleans my carpets.
The people call regarding when they will arrive and are personable. They will work on problem carpet stains, but do not pressure you to sell more services.
I was able book a next day appointment to have my carpets cleaned. I received a call from
Matt, advising me of a 1:30 arrival time. Matt was very professional and personable. ZeroRez Is very reasonable and far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend ZeroRez to all my friends.
My appointment was for 8am. First appointment. Some called me a few days before and said they were having a company meeting that morning so my appointment was moved to 9 am. I was assured I was still the first appointment of the day !
The day of the appointment came and our technician called to say he was running late and would be here around 10. It was 10:30 by the time he got here and 11:00 by the time he set up his equipment.
He then told my husband he had to take his mom to a drs appointment that morning and the company knew a week ago about it!
I do not like being lied to!
The job was ok…not great but ok. I feel as though he crushed through so he could go yo his next appointment.
Probably will use another company next time.

The technician, Eduardo Valencia, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the product and service and was very professional about the care of our home during the process
My daughter spilled spicy ramen on our stairs, so we asked for emergency carpet cleaning. Our Zerorez technician Max was very professional. He showed up on time, did an excellent job cleaning the carpet, and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him and Zerorez!

I booked for 10-12 time; I received an email two days later validating that time! The day before my appointment, the time was changed to 12-2 pm; no problem! Noon - no one showed , 1230pm, I received a phone call they’re running late1:00pm, 1 pm comes and goes! New phone call, they’ll be there at 2:pm! I’m getting concerned - 2:30pm, another phone call, 3 pm but need to get more product….3 pm…no one yet…I now call to see if anyone will show up! Get a call at 315, asking if I want to re-schedule…no way…we’re elderly and are not moving furniture back to wait until next week! Finally shows up at 3:30ish!!! I have used your company in the past and understand they may run a LITTLE LATE but why should I make an appointment if it doesn’t mean you will honor the time I requested and it was validated!!??
This was my first time using Zerorez and I was very impressed with how thorough a job the worker did. I had a bad experience with another company recently and my carpet came out significantly cleaner with Zereroz. I will definitely be using your company again.

The carpet cleaner left a huge dark spot in the master bedroom, an imprint of the vacuumed head!
Marsel does a fantastic job! I would highly recommend him however overall I am very disappointed in Zerorez to see some of the things that are on my invoice including a $25 water treatment fee and a $7.50 charge for using my credit card. I have previously shared disappointment in my previous reviews… What’s next you’re going to charge me for the tread on your tires to come to my house These are normal charges of your business. I am not sure why you are using a bait and switch of providing a price and then stacking on additional charges.
Sal showed up precisely on time in a clean uniform and in a clean truck. I noticed the floor-mat he put out at the front door... nice touch. Sal did a great job. He was polite, efficient and professional. I will definitely use this company again. In the past, I don't like to refer people because its backfired on me, but this experience has changed my mind. I'd be happy to refer Sal/Zerorez to my family and friends. Thank you.
