Was told tech would move furniture if it was not heavy. Was told drying time was 8 hours. After explaining I had a bedroom with bath, adjacent office, a family room, and dining room to do I was told that would be $299. Which I agreed to.
The tech got here while i was moving light items from the carpet to be cleaned but was not inclined to help with the moving. The only heavy item I needed to move he did not want to do but offered to help slide it over and back and put it on foam blocks for drying as we did the sectional.
But the sectional pieces were noy heavy.
I did note when retuning al the items to their original positions that the tech did miss dirty corners and tight areas.
Also when the tech looked over the work to be done he said the quoted price was wrong and there was the equivalent of 5 rooms and he would have to charge more, He said that a room is considered 150 sf. in addition when asked he said the drying time was 24 hours which put a big kink in our plan.
When questioned about the difference between what I was told on the phone and in the appointment he stated that those that you speak to on the phone don't know what they are talking about. He was not a very friendly guy

The technician who cleaned my carpets was excellent. He called me 30 minutes prior to arrival, and upon arrival, explained the different services being offered. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. I would highly recommend Zerorez and will use the company's services again.

Wonderful service at a fair price

Professional, fast. My carpet came out very clean, with most stains gone. The carpet is not that wet after the service. You can actually walk on it soon after service with shoe covers the tech will give you.

I used you a year ago & was thrilled! This time was a joke & numerous neighbors already know not to use you- 2 actually were going to call you because they saw your truck out front & figured you were good if I was using you again.
From the minute your guy got here - all he did was complain and keep calling his supervisor. Silly me / I thought I would get the same service as last year???
He left foot prints all over my floors & when my son came home he couldn’t believe I had even paid for such a horrible job. I am still rewashing the floors that I paid you to clean.

You were highly recommended to me by a neighbor and from the moment I talked to you I was satisfied. You set a price and then we set a time and date. You stayed in constant touch me even up to two hours before you arrived. Your man showed up on time and did an outstanding job. I had a couple of areas that were heavily stained and he spent extra time and eliminated the stains so the rug looked like new. I will gladly recommend you to family and friends.

II have used Zerorez many times of the years. Last time was 2018 as we replaced carpets in 2021-22. Not the same quality of service as in the past. I asked about pre- treating spots or areas of heavier traffic. I was told that it was not necessary, so we have spots that I will remove myself. Spotted and wear area were extremely wet and soggy for several days. Scotchguard or whatever you call it was put on for entire area of stairs, hall and family room took about 3 minutes to apply. Not worth the $90. Technician was polite, on time but seemed to be in a hurry. Stairs and hall look fine. I reluctantly agreed to pay for furniture moving to clean under it. All but one piece I had to move back and I am 82. I was not charged because I was never charged previously for moving a piece to clean under it. SERVICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH FOR LITTLE OVER AN HOURS WORTH OF WORK. i should have asked for a quote before he started. Do not bother to return as I will replace the carpeting in the family room after the holidays because I don't like the way it looks. We're done. Never again.
