My rug was filthy. Zero Rez cleaned it and it looks great again. It also dried quickly. The whole process was easy and convenient.

Up charges on site per area. So I knew they were going to charge extra for pet stains but I didn’t realize they would charge us $30 per spot. Our other place that we normally use charges a flat pet stain rate.
Marcelle was great and did a good job--and it was a hard job. Recent bathroom remodel meant lots of dirt and dust and workers tracking in all kinds of stuff during the job.
That it is done without a lot of chemicals
