Carpets and sofa came out beautiful! We will be be repeat customers for sure!
I had five rooms cleaned. Two of the rooms heavily soiled and obviously couldn't been cleaned well, I get that. My bedroom was okay, not perfect but I'll settle for that. My biggest disappointment was my living room and family room. When your rep began these two rooms it was dark outside and I think because it was such a large order, he ran out of steam. This room had traffic areas that did not come as clean as I think they should have. The two heavily soiled rooms had canine urine damage and I paid for extra treatment tor those areas. The stains remained.

Had to come back for another cleaning because so much was missed and even still the carpet isn’t that clean. I was expecting better even though they were very dirty.

This is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used. Over the years I've used companies that use chemicals and even the famous company that uses steam, but the results have been disappointing to say the least. The technician was cordial and arrived on time. However, the high traffic area of my carpet was still slightly dark. I didn't;t call back because I was having company a couple days after that and really needed to prepare the house. It would be nice to know whether or not he looked it over himself once the job was done and took the initiative to go over that area a little more.
I have a wool living room carpet and requested someone knowledgeable about cleaning it. We had a wonderful technician in Jeremy.

Got the carpet stains clean entry at thresholds. Took a long time to dry though.
The technician took his time to go over parts that I felt needed additional cleaning. Very courteous and thorough.

Quick and easy
The stain did not come out. I knew it was still there before the technician left. But it looked lighter. I asked if it would darken again when the carpet dried. He said no. Well that is what happened. I am disappointed.

Jeremy, the technician who cleaned our sofas, was attentive to details, friendly, and clean. He did a great job cleaning and cleaned up after.
The cleaning of both carpet and tile was careful and thorough. Communication before the service was excellent and Jorge arrived exactly when he said he would and worked hard until the work was done. The floors were caked with dust and dirt and now they look like new. The carpet looks cleaner than it has when done in the past with traditional chemicals and methods.
Was told tech would move furniture if it was not heavy. Was told drying time was 8 hours. After explaining I had a bedroom with bath, adjacent office, a family room, and dining room to do I was told that would be $299. Which I agreed to.
The tech got here while i was moving light items from the carpet to be cleaned but was not inclined to help with the moving. The only heavy item I needed to move he did not want to do but offered to help slide it over and back and put it on foam blocks for drying as we did the sectional.
But the sectional pieces were noy heavy.
I did note when retuning al the items to their original positions that the tech did miss dirty corners and tight areas.
Also when the tech looked over the work to be done he said the quoted price was wrong and there was the equivalent of 5 rooms and he would have to charge more, He said that a room is considered 150 sf. in addition when asked he said the drying time was 24 hours which put a big kink in our plan.
When questioned about the difference between what I was told on the phone and in the appointment he stated that those that you speak to on the phone don't know what they are talking about. He was not a very friendly guy
Your technician, Rudy, was great! He kept me informed re the schedule, was very careful during the process and very informative/helpful re after care. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
