Your service men are polite, knowledgeable and do a great job of cleaning my carpets to where they almost look new. My carpets are not soaking wet after they have been cleaned which is nice and they provide foot covers to wear while the carpet is drying
I have tried other cleaning services but they just could not get the job done and the spots would come right back up within a few days.
With Zerorez they focus on the "high traffic" areas and really work hard to get up stubborn spots.

The carpet was more wet than usual. I had the windows open and 4 fans blowing and it took about 48 hours to dry.
