Great service, on time, worked hard to try and bring our carpet

I love that it's easy to schedule service via text. Appointments are easy to get and the technicians always arrive when they say they will.

Alex, my tech, called when he was on his way giving me a time arrival estimate. He walked with me through the house and listened to my concerns and was honest when my expectations were not realistic - and he was right. The experience was great and considering the age of the carpet, it looks almost new again. I highly recommend Zerorez
