At first I thought things were great. Xavier said he dried it really well so I should be fine after 3-4 hours. Well after 8 hours and fans blowing, carpets were still squishy wet. After 24 hours it is still damp in places. I cannot move anything back in place yet and am now fearful I will have mold under my area rug because I don’t have an industrial dryer to make sure it gets completely dried. This is not what I expected. I can’t recommend knowing this could happen to a friend.

Wilman did a fine job, but I wish he had moved a few pieces on the floor. I thought it was obvious that they would be moved. But this is a small matter. I'll specify those pieces when you come back in one year.

The staff is always efficient and professional. My carpets and rugs and my couch are all perfectly cleaned. I have used Zerorez for more than 15 years and will never use another company! They are the BEST!!
