The young man, Eddie, was amazing. He explained everything to us, went over the exact price of each area, and set to work. Once the carpets were done Eddie talked to us about the condition of our various rugs and how one rug was very worn, but he’d be happy to come back if we weren’t happy. We will use Zerorez again and request Eddie.

I had requested Maurice again and he not only showed up on time but had someone cancel and immediately contacted me and I said come ahead. I would recommend Maurice to everyone. He shows up on time, is extremely polite and courteous. Does a beautiful job on my cream carpets which with a dog and a husband that does not remember to either wipe his shoes off or take them off.
Maurice is the only technician I have ever had but he is the best. Everyone I have recommended him to has called and thanked me. The absolutely to BEST.

I did a lot of reseach on the internet before selecting Zerorez. The reviews for Zerorez were all outstanding. It was easy to make an appointment for the day and time requested. The technician, Julio, called the moring of the appt. to say he was on his way. He was right on time. He cleaned the carpet and living room furniture. The carpet was very dirty with some ugly stains form training our puppy. He did an excellent job!! Everything looks clean and beautiful. I will definitely select Zerorez again and hopefully Julio will again be our technician. Highly reccommend Julio and Zerorez!!!!
