Our technician called to say he was running late for our time window which I appreciated. He cleaned and left the carpets not too wet. Great job!
Scheduling online was easy. ZeroRez followed up with reminders and specific steps to take to prepare for cleaning. Technician arrived at agreed time. There were no upcharges; job was done as agreed. Technician used barriers to protect outside wall corners. Stains were removed. Our expectations were high and ZeroRez met them. Cudos to Jorge.

Jacob did a wonderful job....unfortunately I had to call afternoon prior to confirm appointment and quite honestly I feel cheated that your company adds a $25 water conditioning fee and a $7.50 charge for using my credit card. You're worse than an airline.
