No residue
Communication was just ok. We live in a high rise so a more thorough cleaning was no available as the portable cleaning unit was not as strong. That would have been nice to know. Also, no furniture is moved. Also would be nice to know for those who are unable to move chairs or tables. And post cleaning - how long before you can walk on the carpet, move furniture back. Drying time, the use of fans to dry. None of this was brought ip. Sll should have been.
The technician was very good, helpful and the carpet came out cleaner than anticipated. So in the end we wete pleased. Thank you

I specifically requested, through the management office at my office complex, that any items in my office that were not already moved should be just left in place.
This was not done. A large silk plant (tree) was moved to the balcony of my office and laid on its side. This resulted in a number of small branches and leaves to be broken off this plant. This shows no consideration for the delicate nature of a silk plant.
I am not trying to find a shop to repair this, if possible. I will be forwarding this bill for repair to your company for payment.
I have used Zerorez for years. I like that there is no residues that soaps can leave behind to attract more dirt.
I requested to clean my sofa and after cleaning it looks as if it’s not even cleaned at all. It was a waste of money.

I my opinion I think this is your go to carpet, furniture cleaning company. I made my appointment weeks in advance as I had company coming so I wanted all areas looking perfect. I was given the date I asked for and they arrived as scheduled. Very professional and walked me through their process. Great Job!! I would highly recommend this company!

Jorge scheduled date for work perfect for our schedule, showed up early and professional, very nice guys. Work done was very nice, carpet very clean, also did the tile floors in our business office, hasn't looked better since new.
I have used ZeroRez several times, and have been happy with the results. Eduardo did an excellent job cleaning 2 sofas and 2 chairs, as well as the carpet. It was good to see him again. He has cleaned carpet for me in the past.
