my carpets do not seem clean, they still smell and we told upon arrival there was a minimum of 179 when we had been quoted a different price. in the end since one of the rugs was smaller we did get the price however it seemed somewhat suspicious initially.
Technician was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job in cleaning my carpet. He also made sure there was no residue on my furniture, which I really appreciate. Thank you!

Zerorez has cleaned our carpets and tile for several years and except for a couple of times we have been quite satisfied with the results. The technicians (and there have been several) have always been courteous and have returned to correct any minor problems. We have recommended Zerorez to a number of people and will continue to do so.

Appointment scheduling is always easy. Your technician Francisco called to confirm an early arrival due to a cancellation. He arrived in minutes and did an excellent job on our area rug. He took extra care with a stubborn stain to completely remove it.
