closet carpet was left much too wet, it took over three days to dry
I really appreciate the technician, Rudy, who has now done my carpet several times. He always tries to get every spot out of the carpet and especially my staircase. He did an outstanding job on my couch. It looks like I just bought it. I appreciate his honesty and his dedication to the client to make us happy. As far as the product goes, I believe it does not leave a residue on the carpet, like many other products due.

This was my 4th time using Zerorez and my last. Previously the cleaners were very knowledgeable and personable and did an excellent job ensuring carpets were clean. This time the carpets dried with many spots left behind and they don’t have the clean appearance they have had in the past. I am also very disappointed in the 7.50 credit card fee. This was not disclosed in the estimate, the confirmation email, nor confirmation text. There is a whole blurb about payments and never was a fee disclosed. I would like a refund if the $7.50 at minimum and either a second cleaner to come out or a partial refund.

The whole process keeps our carpets fresh and clean way longer then any other process out there. It's worth the money, which isn't much more then other companies charge.

Your method does a great job of cleaning our carpets. The technician is friendly, efficient and puts extra attention to areas of the carpet that have spots.
