Carpet cleaning job was excellent. However, wet soap/water left a film on my hardwood floor at the entryway which is now damaged. I cannot remove the water damage to the veneer.
The technician Jonathan was great. The carpet is 25 years old and looks great again. You know the old saying, "Make My Carpets Look Great Again.
I recommended your company to two of my neighbors . Reasons ? On time , polite , great job with both carpets & tile . I am handicapped & they moved furniture , were careful with things & added an extra room as requested . Will continue to use your company .

I would recommend ZEROREZ to friends and family. Making the appointment online was easy, the cleaners came when they said they were going to be here. They communicated very well what they were going to do, how much it was to cost and what to do after they cleaned the rugs.

Great service on time clean. Easy, no chemicals, no residue. Why any one use some thing different than this I won’t understand. Fantastic work and service.
