Your cleaning method/process didn't clean my carpet well at all. I also felt that it was way too pricey for your services. I was charged 199.00 for three rooms including the hallway, of which I barely have. I was also charged 25.00 for the portable unit of which they didn't use as well as a 25.00 service fee. I opted for the carpet protector post cleaning and it was ridiculously priced at 30.00 per room! The bedrooms aren't very big either. It was very disappointing as I was expecting it to be cleaned well after paying a total of 346.50!

Have used them twice now and have been so impressed with timeliness, professionalism and result. The techs understand and genuinely seem to care about carpet cleaning. No chemical smells or residue, no soapiness that makes the carpet smell worse than ever or attracts dirt afterward, no areas that stay wet for days. We really appreciate Zerorez--great job! I had them do my tile and grout this time and I cannot believe how good my floor looks I wish I'd taken before and after pictures!
The price I was quoted was not the price I was charged, the kid took one hour to set up the hoses, after he left I had to mop the bare floor where the hoses went outside and use towels to soak up excess water in parts of the carpet.
Your technician Jordan Salazar was awesome and did a great job! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with and definitely an asset to your company!
Very hard to remove dog urine stains but, all seems to be going well. It would have been nice if I had known that the technician does not move furniture. Still, the process works well and well worth a try compared to others.
