Our technician tried to overcharge us. We have an 8' couch and a 5' couch and he tried to charge us for two 8 foot couches because they were in a corner together and measured 8 feet from end to end. It took a while but he finally understood. Alot of my time wasted explaining to him how to measure. Otherwise he did a good job.

The service technician arrived prior to the scheduled time, was courteous, and completed the work quickly. He did an excellent job and even checked to make sure I was happy with the cleaning before he left. The only thing was we were told we would be contacted about an hour before the appointment to let us know they were on schedule for the appointment time but we were never contacted.

Jacob was great. He was on time( even a little early) and was very careful of our furnishings and not to track in dirt, etc. I believe he went above and beyond a normal serviceman. I will definitely ask for him again when I call for your services again and recommend to others.

I always use the same technician,Sal,becuse he does a superb job like no other.Using Zerorez cleaning methods,he restores life into otherwise shabby carpets.Zerorez is not cheap,and I have to be more sparing in my use of it,than I would like

Had our carpets cleaned 2/20 by Francisco P. He did an excellent job, and revised our estimate downward to accurately to reflect the actual room sizes - very honest. Was able to almost completely remove the massive coffee stain in the corner of one room, to the point that it is not necessary to remove and replace a patch of the carpet there. This was a pleasant and unexpected outcome. Kudos to Zerorez and Francisco
Eduardo is extremely hard working, experienced, honest and reliable.
When he returns next time with the carpets I sent out, I'll need him to fix a coloration mark made by two chairs that did not have those Styrofoam feet under them. No biggie. Doesn't change my rating!
Lower your prices. $179 is outrageous to clean a 9X12 area rug. It took the technician 20 min to clean the rug.
