If I could give Jorge Martinez 20 out of 10, I would. He called asking if he could earlier than my scheduled appointment. I was very grateful for the new time slot. He was courteous, professional and explained the carpet cleaning process. All of the stains came out making our carpet look brand new.

Chris was very efficient, polite and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet.
Technician was very polite but, did not do the best job on my furniture. In the past, technicians have used cleaners and have taken the time to work on highly used areas of the furniture. I watched this particular technician spray a quick spray and spend minimal time on areas that I pointed out may need some extra TLC.
The supervisor stopped by and was rude to both myself and the technician providing the service.
I have used your company multiple times and have never been disappointed however, this time I was it satisfied at all and expressed this at the time of service- I received a “I did my best” as a response.

Your service people are amazing. They are cheerful and do a spectacular job every time. Your service is a little more expensive than others, but the stains NEVER come back like they do with other companies. I won’t have any other company clean my carpets.

Employee was extremely polite and pleasant. However, the blankets used to protect our floors were falling apart and dirty and so left debris when removed so we had to vacuum and clean up after he left. Also, I should’ve asked him to use new booties before entering home because of our white carpet because poor guy had to go in and out frequently to access his van but tracked debris back into house which I’m sure her never intended because he was such a professional employee.
Carpets dry within a few hours - clean smell.
