You should have your cleaning personnel have the ability to give an invoice and receipt. They claim to not have any paper work ability. I have no invoice nor receipt.

Overall everything went really well. The technician, Eddie, was friendly and personable. He arrived on time, was efficient and explained everything well.
My only issue was that it took two days for the carpet to fully dry.
