My service person missed large 4x6 area under a loose rug. I think he misunderstood. I asked if he could clean small 4x6 rug which sits on carpet in bedroom. He did, but didn’t bother moving it to clean the carpet under the rug! I didn’t discover this until after he left.

This is the second time I've used the product. I wasn't sure if you were still in business, I haven't seen any advertising in quite a while. I like the product, reliability of the service person and ease of scheduling.

From scheduling to completing service, everything went smoothly. I was amazed how quickly the technician "Eddie" completed the carpet areas I needed to have done. He was professional and efficient.

The carpets seem to come out cleaner than other services we’ve tried. They also stay clean much longer and don’t have random spots popping out a few weeks later.

HAVE TO SAY YOUR PRICES HAVE REALLY GONE UP. I THOUGHT TO DO THREE ROOMS FOR
199.00 IS A LOT OF MONEY AS YOUR GOING AROUND BEDS, DRESSERS, ETC. THE SQUARE FOOTAGE IS NOT MUCH IF MEASURED.

tile cleaning process and was careful not to stain the brand new carpets

There are few brown spots that remained behind. They were not stains there before cleaning. Can’t come back for 1 week to re clean the spots

Tech that arrived was great and did a great job. But, original service appointment was skipped due to system error and we had a torn-up house for the weekend. The discount offered due to the error was pretty minor. We've used Zerorez many times and this was first negative experience. So I'd probably still recommend but definitely with more caution at this point.

The tech was on time, friendly and professional. He managed to get out a large stain caused by our salt water fish tank that another carpet cleaning company had attempted several times to unsuccessfully remove. I was very pleased with the outcome.
