Our technician Josh was very professional and worked very hard to satisfy my husband and I with the cleaning of our carpet. When we felt that the carpets had dark streaks running through them he returned and recleaned the areas we had pointed out as still showing dirt. I won’t know for certain until tomorrow if they still appear soiled.

We have your service in Orange County and they are great when they come out. The technician was very nice and did his job but did not do a great job on a 12x12 in soil stain on a sofa that I asked him to do.

I would think that if they didn' t get to solve the issue, they would say something.

Fast friendly service great staff

My original carpet zerorez cleaning was sub par. I called to complain. Zerorez was so awesome, no questions asked, just rescheduled a follow up appointment. The gentleman who came out did an amazing job.

Service is very good. The tech always takes care to make sure the house stays in good condition despite the hose that goes throughout the house. Most importantly the carpet looks great when the work is done.

I like the concept of cleaner water with Zerorez. I haven't heard the ad on the radio lately that states we can drink the water from Zerorez.

Yesterday, when Carlos was at the door, I opened it and motioned just a min as I finished a short phone call. He waited patiently at the door step , then when I returned he greeted me with smile as he handed me the "booties" and introduced himself with his card.

I asked for the total fee before he began the service and he willingly gave it to me. I usually get the extra protectent on the carpet and never ask when I schedule the appointment so I don't know the total fee. I appreciate Carlos figuring out the total before completing the job.

Carlos was efficient, thorough and pleasant. He seemed to have pride in the work!
